1. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes we do! You can exchange an item for a different size or color. Alternatively, should you wish to exchange an item for another one, it must be the same value. All shipping costs for exchanges will be paid for by the customer. On sales products are not available to get exchange and refund.

2. Return a faulty or incorrect item?

If you have received a faulty item, please message us with Order Number of the purchased bill so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.

3. Do you offer refunds?

We dont offer refunds. But we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will gladly offer you  to exchange the items in same value, size or color if you make your request within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs and return shipping is paid for by the customer.

Items which have been marked down or discounted cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will need your Order Number and the email address associated your Konanmoko account to select your return option.


4. How to return items?

To receive a refund, please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund, items must be returned unworn, in its original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.


5. Do I Have to Pay for Shipping My Return?

The initial postage and packaging charge are only refundable for faulty goods, incorrect items. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. Any shipping costs involved in returns or exchanges will not be covered or reimbursed. Original expedited or international shipping will not be refunded. If the package does not reach us, we will not be able to complete the refund. We recommend sending via a trackable shipping service.


6. When can I get the refund?

All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund, once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.

7. Can I cancel or amend an order once it has been placed?

We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. This includes changes to your Delivery address. Please ensure you review all information carefully as you proceed through our checkout. However, you can return any unwanted product to us.
